　　SWX Construction is a fast-growing company that values integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our client specialize in commercial facilities, especially in the food processing sector. We are looking for an Estimator/Construction Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver successful projects to our clients. Are you looking for a new challenge in the construction industry? Do you have experience in estimating and managing commercial projects?

　　Job duties & responsibilities include:

　　Preparing project bids based on customer specifications and requirements.

　　Collaborating with other disciplines to create project schedules and milestones.

　　Overseeing projects from bid to completion with minimal supervision.

　　Leading project team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

　　Building and maintaining positive client relationships.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Minimum of 2 years of experience in project estimating

　　Must have 2+ years experience in Industrial & Commercial Facility project management.

　　A proven track record of successful projects of $250K or more.

　　Knowledge of relevant codes and standards for general construction procedures and regulations. - Experience in the food processing industry and familiarity with its standards and regulations

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Procore experience is a plus.

　　Bilingual skills are preferred. null
