Project Manager Opportunity Now!!!

　　Description:

　　Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.

　　Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.

　　Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients.

　　Work with construction personnel and subcontractor management.

　　Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.

　　The candidate should be able to independently manage multiple project objectives from preconstruction to closeout.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Must possess a minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager

　　Project value experience minimum of $5M - up to $50M is highly preferred.

　　Must display strong leadership skills and personal accountability to lead projects independently.

　　Must have strong experience managing teams of people.

　　Experience with healthcare and/or k-12 projects preferred.

　　Ability to meet high quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules/deadlines.

　　Ability to be liaison between company and owners.
