Position Summary: The Construction Manager, Lead will be responsible for overseeing all facets of construction for Lead Services, from project conception to successful project completion.
The Construction Manager will supervise a team of Construction Superintendents, Pre-Construction Specialists and Customer Service Representatives, who will collectively be responsible for administering Lead Safe projects from pre-construction through the construction period, punch list completion and project closeout. This includes managing the project budget, timeline, and compliance with funding requirements.
In addition, the Construction Manager is expected to act as a resource to Construction Superintendents, Pre-construction Specialists and Customer Service Representatives, sharing expertise and providing direction on moving projects forward. The position must facilitate positive relationships with other CHN departments and outside agencies to ensure successful project completion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Development of project timeline and implementation of tasks to meet timeline.
Attend regular staff meetings to ensure all details and intentions of each project are understood and met from the project's outset.
Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce and/or other construction management software/app and effectively utilize it to efficiently manage construction projects.
Help develop schedules in Salesforce and/or other construction management software/app and adjust as necessary to meet project deadlines.
Hold weekly construction meetings with field staff.
Working with the Director of Lead Services, to assemble project management team, including identifying and procuring potential team members, sub-contractors and trade partners, as well as inter-departmental CHN programs/departments.
Attend and contribute to site walkthroughs as needed.
Manage and coordinate efforts of development of team members.
Inspect work performed and review invoices in Salesforce and/or other construction software/app.
