job summary:
A Construction Manager is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Jefferson, WI area. This position oversees site construction activities, ensuring effective communication, technical support, and strong leadership while managing resources, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards in MEP construction for major projects in the food and manufacturing industry.

responsibilities:
Manage Financial, Safety, and schedule Key Performance Indicators.
Manage CM (I, II) resources for major capital projects if required.
Review SAP project details and update Microsoft Project, PETPRO, BIM 360, CXAlloy as required.
Organize, manage, and establish asset tracking, tagging, and project close-out activities.
Track, sign for, maintain, and transfer Company Procured Field Equipment and Assets.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work site.
Directly accountable for project execution, inspection, and Quality acceptance.
Forward-looking coordination of all schedules within the field.
Organize with PEM and Leads and all other project Site Staff.
Construction Lead for any partial specific project.
Coordinate with Project Support Staff, vendors, PEM, contractors, sub-contractors, plant, and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain Project Specific EWO and CO Documentation.
Manage Field Inputs, RFIs, Submittals through CX Alloy or available tools.
Provide daily and weekly reports to the PEM.
Conduct weekly planning meetings with the plant engineer or designate.
Lead the shared FIELD support team.
Basic Qualifications/Certifications (Minimum):
Experience managing projects through all phases of construction.
PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA, or similar.
OSHA 30.
CPR.
Fall protection.
Experience:
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of Construction Management related.
strong MEP construction experience, preferably in the food and/or manufacturing industry.
More than 3 years' experience with software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Cx Alloy, and others).
