Lifting required up to 50 lbs. No education required. Minimum (6) months employment experience as construction laborer required. Ongoing on-the-job training provided.Work will take place at worksites located in Box Elder, Davis, Weber and Cache counties. Transportation provided to and from area work sites at employer's expense from a central pick-up location.Twelve (12) positions available for TEMPORARY full-time work (04/01/2024 -11/29/2024).Hours: 40 hours/wk. M-F 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.Wage: Employer will pay $21.27 per hour on a weekly basis; $31.91/hr. overtime. Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed.A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from worker's paycheck required by law will be made.Employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no cost to worker.H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, excluding passport fees.For workers outside reasonable commuting distances, inbound transportation, including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging, will be reimbursed, if worker completes half of the employment period (50% period). Return transportation and subsistence costs will be provided or paid for to same worker if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early by employer, disregarding intervening employment. Transportation payments or reimbursements will be equal to most economical and reasonable common carrier for distances involved; daily subsistence will be provided at rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel or the current minimum subsistence amount published in the Federal Register, to a maximum of $59.00 per day or the current maximum amount published in the Federal Register to workers with acceptable receipts.
