　　Perform general construction labor duties related to roofing, concreteforming and finishing, carpentry and framing, earthmoving, trenching andsite preparation.

　　The work will include use of several construction equipment including,but not limited to, shovels, back hoes, front-end loaders, skid steers,concrete mixers, carpentry power tools and concrete finishing tools.

　　Laborer will assist with finishing concrete, clean-up work sites,pouring concrete and mixing concrete.

　　Laborer will also assist in general carpentry work to include thefollowing:

　　?Shapes or cuts materials to markings or measurements specified by thecarpenter for use in concrete forms, using hand tools, and electriccircular saws

　　?Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safeand clean environment.

　　?Assists in the assembly and fastening of materials to make frameworksor props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins.

　　?Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.

　　?Cleans up worksite debris

　　Roofing related duties shall include:

　　?Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for the application of newroofing materials by hand and using hand tools like brushes and scrapers

　　?Clean surfaces in preparation for work activities.

　　?Remove worn, damaged or outdated materials from work areas.

　　?Cover roofs with layers of roofing felt or asphalt strips beforeinstallers comes in for installation

　　?Unload materials and tools from work trucks, and unroll roofing asdirected.

　　Carpentry and framing shall include:

　　?Assists in the assembly and fastening of materials to make frameworksor props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins.

　　?Shapes or cuts materials to markings or measurements specified by thecarpenter for use in concrete forms, using hand tools, and electriccircular saws
