DUTIES: Perform any combination of physical labor tasks at theconstruction sites. Duties include cleaning and preparing sites, diggingtrenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erectingscaffolding, cleaning up rubble, debris and other waste materials, andoperating hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers,cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuringequipment and a variety of other equipment and instruments. On-the-jobtraining provided. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: No minimum education orexperience required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Involves workingoutdoors in all types of weather, extensive standing, sitting orwalking. SCHEDULE: At least thirty-five (35) hrs p/wk. Monday - Sunday(schedule varies). Five rotating days. HOURS: 7am-2pm or 12pm-7pm (shifthours may vary). WAGE: \$31.95 p/hr. Workers paid bi-weekly. OT varies,but when available, the rate is \$47.93/ phr. Optional employee housingavailable at a rate of \$150 p/wk. to be pay from employee to employerdirectly. Single workweek used to compute wages due. LOCATION(S): MainOffice is located at 2300 Crown Colony Drive, Ste 203, Quincy, MA 02171.Workers will be assigned to various worksites throughout Norfolk,Plymouth and Haverhill counties, Massachusetts. LODGING: Optionalemployee housing available at a rate of \$150 p/wk to be pay fromemployee to employer directly. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker?sreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker?svoluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistenceprovided at a rate of at least \$15.46 per day during travel to amaximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. Daily transportation: Workersare responsible for their own daily transportation to and from theworksite. Visa & related expenses: Workers will be reimbursed in thefirst workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (exceptpassport fees) by check separate from payroll. Tools: Employer willprovide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment requiredto perform the job. ? Guarantee: Employer guarantees to offer work forhours equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week period oftotal employment period.
