Experience isn't necessarily required, just a willingness to learn and be willing to jump in and help in other areas, as needed. This position might be ideal for someone who is just starting their career, someone in trade school, or someone just learning the ropes. All are welcome. 

　　Requirements:

　　Ability to pass background check and drug screen

　　Ability to work in the heat - Our shop is covered, but not cooled

　　Ability to stand most of the shift

　　Ability to lift over 50 lbs

　　Attention to detail

　　Ability to read a tape measure** This is crucial for helping on the saw. 

　　Knowledge of reading a basic part print and computer knowledge a plus

　　Willingness to learn

　　Reliable transportation to arrive to the job site on time

　　Duties include, but not limited to:

　　One of the main duties of this specific role will be painting**

　　Prep, clean, and scrape metal for fabricating, welding, painting, or shipping

　　Operates power tools such as saw, drill, etc.

　　Read and understand a tape measure to 1/16" and mark steel for cut & drill

　　Mastery of proper grinding skills

　　Lift, load, stack, and move tools, steel & scrap

　　Clean work area, machines, tools, scrap and equipment
