Description:

　　Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates.

　　Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors and for planning, organizing and scheduling work

　　Prepare proposals which meet quality standards, sets timelines and fee projections.

　　Budget, estimate and prepare contracts for negotiated, select-bid and hard-bid projects.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's in Construction Management

　　2 years of estimation in commercial construction
