Description:

　　Actively looking to hire an experienced and motivated candidate for a Commercial Drywall Estimator position. Considered candidates must have the ability to prepare estimates and work closely with our team to direct and ensure proper delivery of multiple commercial projects like office buildings, hospitals, k-12, higher education. They also do acoustic ceilings and outside paneling for commercial buildings.

　　• Develop and Maintain Client Relationships,

　　• Attend Pre-bid Meetings,

　　• Prepare Quantity Take-Offs,

　　• Perform estimate for the project and write proposals

　　• Prepare complete scope of work and submit proposal/bids physically if necessary

　　• Follow up on Bids, Prepare Submittals, and Write Change Orders
