The successful applicant will be fully responsible for the Management of key Hertz 24/7 Retail Partners, strategic Pool Fleet Partners and new business development. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the whole Retail & Pool Fleet Partner’s estate, as well as working closely with other members of the Hertz 24/7 team and Partners Field Services Team to build a profitable business.

　　Identifying and “Fixing” low performing business segments within the retail partner’s network is key to this role. Able to influence and understand the retail business and service benefit.

　　You will also be responsible for meeting volume and contribution targets in line with the partnership objectives.

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Lead Van Hire Service & Pool Fleet proposition

　　Internal engagement of all Retail & Pool Fleet Partners Key Stakeholders

　　Revenue Growth in line with partnership targets

　　Incremental Revenue Development Initiatives within retail partners network

　　Effective Management of the Portfolio Receivable Position within retail partnership

　　Complete Management and responsibility of estate performance

　　Complete Management of Pool Fleet Partners

　　Reporting of key KPI’s to all key internal stakeholders

　　Lead and present quarterly review meetings to all key partner stakeholders

　　Stock management and control, POS placement following template of “what good looks like”

　　Manual invoicing

　　Product placement and promotion at store level conforming to Operational Excellence

　　Delivering and supporting merchandising and community events promoting and raising awareness of service

　　Supporting the execution of new stores

　　Quality Audits in line with Operational Excellence

　　Coaching and training of team member at all levels of the business

　　Recognise and deliver new business opportunities both with existing partners and new Retail & Pool Fleet partners

　　What We’re Looking For:

　　Ideally with a minimum of 5 years prior sales experience including account management.

　　Able to demonstrate experience of working in the retail sector, understanding this sector and key influencer's.

　　Demonstrate where they have built and maintained a fantastic relationship with a key partner.

　　Have the ability to identify and influence key revenue drivers so as to realise the accounts full potential.
