　　ManTech is currently in search of a motivated, career-driven Configuration Management Specialist to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Vigilantly monitor the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including but not limited to the hardware asset table and configuration item table.

　　Ensure the database's accuracy and integrity.

　　Generate daily reports and implement necessary updates.

　　Collaborate with field service operation technicians to address their support tickets.

　　Work closely with the Information Assurance team to maintain System Security Plans (SSP) accuracy.

　　Engage with other service providers in Scrum activities aimed at enhancing ServiceNow.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　High School diploma and a minimum of 10 years of related experience as a Configuration Management Specialist

　　Or a Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years or Master's degree with 1-4 years of Configuration experience

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tool Suite, with a strong focus on MS Excel.

　　Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and oral.

　　Proficient in IT Service Management (ITSM) Ticketing Methodology and the ServiceNow Tool.

　　Clearance Requirement:

　　Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.Physical Requirements:

　　Ability to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.

　　Occasional movement within the office environment to access file cabinets and office equipment.

　　Regular operation of a computer and other office machinery like calculators, copiers, and printers.

　　Frequent communication with colleagues, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Proficiency in accurately conveying information in such situations is essential.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
