Responsibilities Manage and administer the Concur platform, ensuring accurate configuration and customization based on organizational needs. Implement and maintain user profiles, permissions, and workflow rules within the Concur system. Stay updated on Concur system updates and proactively incorporate new features to enhance efficiency. Provide training and support to end-users on Concur functionalities, policies, and best practices. Resolve issues and inquiries related to Concur, collaborating with internal stakeholders and Concur support when necessary. Conduct regular user audits to ensure compliance with travel and expense policies. Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure that Concur policies align with organizational guidelines. Monitor and enforce compliance with travel and expense policies through the Concur system. Analyze data and generate reports to identify non-compliance trends and areas for improvement. Oversee the end-to-end process of expense reporting, from submission to reimbursement. Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure timely and accurate integration with the Concur system. Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Concur Specialist or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Concur functionalities and configuration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Concur certification is a plus. Familiarity with travel and expense regulations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal/written communication. Ability to display and promote a positive work environment, exhibiting all JBT values and leadership traits.
