　　Job Summary:\

　　This is an entry-level position working in a manufacturing productionenvironment. As a Concrete Pour Crew Member, you are responsible for theset-up, placement, and finishing of Precast concrete units.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Protect Family and Friends. Follow all Company Safety Policies andProcedures as well as Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) regulations and guidelines. Support business activities,objectives, and programs. Upon start of work be prepared with properpersonal protective equipment (PPE).

　　Integrity. Arrive to work at time scheduled. Check-in and out withCrew Leader before leaving work/leaving work area for any reason. Punchin at time clocks to the appropriate job and product that you will beworking on.

　　Focused. Review previous days production on a daily basis to lookfor areas where quality can be improved. Help prepare/stage materialsand tools to avoid stoppage.\\
