　　Note - Pay rate for this job is $19 - $32 / hour

　　Responsibilities:

　　Measure, cut, shape and install wood or metal concrete forms using nails or other fasteners.

　　Read blueprints and build forms accordingly.

　　Drill holes in materials.

　　Build and assemble forms for pouring concrete.

　　Cut, shape, and join materials using carpentry tools and techniques.

　　Verify dimensions, level, and alignment of forms.

　　Install reinforcing materials such as rebar and wire mesh.

　　Follow safety procedures and guidelines

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Concrete Form Carpenter in heavy commercial and industrial settings.

　　Strong knowledge of formwork systems and concrete pouring techniques.

　　Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans.

　　Proficient in using hand and power tools associated with carpentry work.

　　Excellent understanding of safety protocols and adherence to industry standards
