JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three Pillars seeks a vibrant, friendly multitasker tobecome our newest Concierge at Riverside Lodge Assisted Living. Asmember of this team, your main focus will be on providing an exceptionalexperience for all you encounter - including the residents, familymembers, guests, and co-workers. You\'ll be on your feet often as youmake people feel welcome and at-home with your superior customer serviceskills. You\'ll also be comfortable at your computer and on the phone asyou perform clerical and receptionist duties. With a desk and presencein our main entrance area, you\'ll get to know the residents and theirfamily members well, engaging socially with them, supporting them duringtheir residency, and anticipating needs whenever possible Key dutiesinclude: Warmly welcoming and assisting visitors with our sign-in kioskand process, opening the doors, providing directions, and answeringquestions Helping with deliveries to resident apartments (packages,flyers, etc) Assisting residents with activities and tasks such assigning up for programs or outings on our online portal, providingreminders or transportation to and from on-campus programs, assistingresidents with day-to-day needs that are not care-related, and moreCommunicating regularly on the phone and via Microsoft Outlook email andcalendars Providing administrative/clerical support for the building andcoworkers that may include managing the digital display screen in thelobby via our content system, updating lists or collaborating in sharedfiles, creating guest lodging or room reservations, and more. Lighthousekeeping in common areas Helping with breakfast and launch mealservice in dining rooms.
