　　As Door Person, you will play a key role in being the first positive interaction that a guest has at the hotel. This includes having an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and city to showcase all it has to offer.

　　Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

　　As Concierge, key aspects of your role will include:

　　Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, tours) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers

　　Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction

　　Respond to guest requests and queries

　　Be our guests’ main point of contact

　　Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
