The Opportunity

　　Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Concessions Manager to join our team at Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, New Jersey. As Concessions Manager, you will support the General Manager to lead and oversee the concessions operation and team members.

　　Pay

　　Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $40100 - $54100 / year

　　In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. 　　Responsibilities

　　Coordinate and supervise the duties of associates, supervisors and volunteers in the concessions department.

　　Organize and schedule interviews and hire candidates who compliment the established goals within the concessions department.

　　Conduct training sessions with associates in line with company policies and procedures to ensure team members consistently provide high quality service.

　　Follow federal, state and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO.

　　Ensure the cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective at all times.

　　Prepare sales and operational reports as required to be shared with the leadership team.

　　Qualifications

　　1-3 years' managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions involvement, showing commitment to the experiences of both team members and guests

　　No college degree required

　　Knowledge of business accounting policy and procedure with the ability to analyze data

　　Self-motivated with innovative ideas to increase operational efficiency

　　Strong decision making, demonstrated initiative, guidance, and team building skills are essential
