  Sabre Systems, Inc. is hiring a Computer Systems Analyst (Senior) to provide endpoint security and management support services to the Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Serving as a member of the IT Directory Support team for the DOI, you will be a part of a team who ensures compliance within all Information Technology (IT) Directory operations, Support Operations, and the IT Directory of one of the largest U.S. Government Departments. The DOI programs cover a broad spectrum of activities that are performed by ten (10) bureaus and multiple offices, each with a unique mission and set of responsibilities. The DOI OCIO, Enterprise Services Division, End User Services Branch, Enterprise Services Section, supports the mission by providing operational support of IT environments and its associated component services.The selected candidate will support the DOI Enterprise to design, implement, maintain, and monitor a consolidated enterprise-level Endpoint Security and Management environment. This includes but is not limited to the following services: hardware and software inventory, software distribution, software updates, software usage metering, reporting, and OS deployment. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Continual review, maintenance, and daily focus on operational security risks and best practices.Provide expert technical services in architecting, designing, implementing, and operational management of the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management and reporting services comprised of Microsoft Configuration Manager (current branch), IBM BigFix, and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and higher, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.Monitor performance of the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting services related service level agreements.Provide packaging and delivery services for applications as required.Operations and Management of the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting services service-level management processDevelop, maintain, and track new optimization and standardization requirements to meet Bureau, DOI, and Federal requirements.Develop and maintain an optimization and standardization strategy, and review documentation with government to key stakeholders to achieve consensus.Assist in the development and execution of new IT initiatives directly and indirectly associated with the Department's implementation of the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting services.Provide program support on behalf of the OCIO to external programs requiring the adoption or integration of the Department's implementation of the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting service-related components.Develop and maintain Standard Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).Provide Tier 3 operational support.Test disaster recovery operations of the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting.Participate in periodic meetings and teleconferences as needed to support the DOI enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting services.Serve as a liaison to ad hoc teams to ensure connectivity between components of the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting services.Serve as primary configuration management control for the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting services. Prepare change control documentation and ensure compliance with Change Control Guidance.Perform day-to-day research ensuring technology and best practice guidance are applied and used appropriately within the DOI Enterprise monitoring, management, and reporting services.Provide general technical and operational expert consultation on Microsoft Configuration Manager (Current branch) and higher, IBM BigFix, and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and higher, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.Qualifications

  Requirements:Must have provided similar services described above within the last six (6) years.Must have the ability to analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. This includes analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.Must possess and have the ability to apply comprehensive technical knowledge and expertise across key tasks and multiple, high impact project assignments.Must have the ability to plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results, and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.Must have an active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawfully admitted for permanent residence or employment and has resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years.Overview
