　　This function will be reporting to Production Manager and will be based at dsm-firmenich factory at Cileungsi, West Java.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Follows all safety and quality policies/procedures, including GMP

　　Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility

　　Record production and logistics data in SAP and any other system/data sheet available at the job location;

　　Perform in-process analysis at the laboratory

　　Report any problem during operation to the leader;

　　Operate forklift and other material moving equipment as required;

　　Keep good housekeeping

　　Take samples and submit it to Quality Control Laboratory;

　　Perform proper labeling of the raw materials, intermediates and final product, following the local procedures of the site

　　You bring:

　　Diploma in Food Science and/or Technology and/or Chemistry or equivalent

　　Preferably have a minimum of 1-year professional experience in the food industry, preferable

　　Technical / professional knowledge & skills

　　Good attitude, positive mindset, and have good communication skills
