What You'll Do

　　End-to-end supply planning (including co-planning with suppliers) for the related commodity.

　　Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations (Regional Ops, GSM, Product Operations, Planning, TnQ) and with extended stakeholders (e.g. Finance), to drive the component collaborative planning and execution process.

　　Develop a component demand supply plan to support different PO modes(VMI min/max, Ghub, Discrete PO).

　　Resolve escalated component shortages and excess through active communications with relevant suppliers & regional stakeholders.

　　Manage volatile technology and industry transitions as well as heavy interaction with suppliers, HUBs, and engineering on qualifications and NPI ramp-up.

　　Manage/mitigate E&O through appropriate collaborative and analytical techniques while maximizing revenue potential.

　　Who You Are

　　Ÿ Bachelor’s Degree with above 8 years of relevant working experience.

　　Ÿ Significant and diverse supplier management experience preferred.

　　Strong industry knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures is a plus.

　　Ÿ Ability to develop and execute short, mid, and long term strategies

　　Ÿ Expertise in negotiation, building strong relationships internally and externally, and conflict resolution

　　Ÿ Adept at influencing decisions and developing solutions to complex business situations

　　Ÿ Strong influencing, collaboration, communication, and change management skills.
