　　Will be developing a manufacturing process based on customerblueprint and specifications to fulfill the company's strategic goals whileintegrating the needs of marketing, sales, and manufacturing departments.Troubleshooting process problems and providing technical support to ensure theon-time production of investment castings.

　　How You’ll Make an Impact

　　Will interfacewith customer representatives to develop new products and support generalcustomer program requirements.

　　Identifyingneeds and goals for a new product, from function to aesthetics.

　　Leadingdevelopment projects and delivering on time.

　　Reviewingcustomer specifications and blueprints to determine the procedures,testing, and routing sequences required to meet the dimensionalrequirements.

　　Developing newtechnology to support plant initiatives.

　　Reviewing alllayouts, tool reworks, and tool construction as necessary to ensureconsistency and repeatability of process results.

　　Developing clearwork instructions of the investment casting process and working withmanufacturing on any improvements to instructions.

　　Developing andstandardizing engineering specifications, work instructions, trainingdocuments, general operating procedures, and purchasing documents.

　　What You Bring

　　B/S inMechanical Engineering or other related fields of experience.

　　3-5 years’experience in aerospace investment casting, cored IGT products, structuralparts, and airfoils.

　　Proven trackrecord of part development and delivering projects on time.

　　Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and 3D modeling softwaresuch as Unigraphics.

　　Applicants mustbe legally authorized for employment in the United States without the needfor current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
