This role supports the legal department through vendor onboarding, completing forms, organizing, tracking, filing and additional projects as needed. Hours: Regular Business Hours, all in office Pay: $19-20/hr Contract-to-Hire! Responsibilities: Review onboarding requests to ensure that standards are met Distribute, collect, and review required setup and contract documents Input vendor into various systems as needed Obtain and maintain business and contractor licenses by reviewing new requests Complete necessary steps to obtain/renew licenses Ensure licenses are renewed on time while maintaining awareness of changing business needs. Save, file, and track all licenses. Answer questions from internal employees regarding current licenses and the needs for licenses.
