The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking a dynamic individual to support a fast-paced HR administrative services unit. The Compliance and Customer Service Assistant is responsible for completing both routine administrative functions and providing complex administrative duties to support the overall HR Compliance and Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor and exhibit a helpful, customer service-focused presence. This key role is responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and databases, completing administrative tasks, and other customer service inquiries. Our applicant must be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills. _Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive):_ * Support HR Compliance and Customer Service Team with administrative support, including compiling data, preparing reports, and completing routine compliance audits. * Process Verifications of Employment. * Assist with Personnel File requests. * Assist with scheduling meetings and trainings. * Responsible for the organization and upkeep of detailed, electronic filing systems and historic paper files. * Conduct assigned research and outreach. * Respond to Customer Service inquiries and provides information to internal and external contacts. * Responsible for screening customer service calls and providing backup support to other administrative staff within the unit. _Required Qualifications_: * Ability to write concisely and communicate effectively. * Ability to prepare documents and reports accurately. * Knowledge of software applications such as desktop publishing, project management, spreadsheets, and database management. _Preferred Qualifications:_ * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of staff demonstrating personal initiative as well as the ability to work well in a team. * Competency in prioritizing assignments and multitasking. _About the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS):_ The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) oversees expenditures of approximately $22 billion annually, and as the largest secretariat, has over 24,000 employees.
