Description
As a Compliance Analyst, your primary role involves thoroughly assessing potential customers and partners.
Your day-to-day activities will encompass:
Overseeing compliance with the company's established compliance program.
Proactively investigating irregularities and taking corrective actions to address non-compliance issues.
Ensuring meticulous documentation of findings.
Conducting risk assessments to enhance overall compliance strategies.
Assisting in the collection of internal information to respond to regulatory requests.
Undertaking various operational tasks related to compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst (3-5 years).
Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, FCPA, Anti-Fraud).
BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus.
Experience working with internationally based teams.
Business acumen.
Attention to detail and methodical thinking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented.
Integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
