  Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Compliance Administrator to join our team! In this role you will provide support to Compliance management on acquisition and other regulatory compliance actions in support of Supply Chain. Assists in reviews of FED procurement acquisitions to ensure compliance with company procedures. Support various audit requests to include CPSR, DCMA/DCAA, and internal/external audits relating to process controls. Support the creation of training material for Supply Chain.

  What You'll Be Doing:

  Assist manager in obtaining and evaluating recent Federal acquisition regulatory changes, Executive Orders, and other industry information to generate potential changes to or generation of new policy, procedures, or work instructions for the Supply Chain department.

  Support creation of corrective actions and implementation review as requested. Participate in the development and conduct training to improve operational efficiency and reduce organizational risk across the enterprise Supply Chain

  Supports audit requests such as DCMA/DCAA, CPSR, SOX, Internal/External audits as requested by management.

  Assist in Federal subcontract acquisition package reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  Review and maintain recommended procedural updates from Supply Chain staff to facilitate determination of possible modifications to existing procedures.

  Promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and compliance

  Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

  What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or related field) and typically 4+ years of related work experience is required.

  Experience in procurement compliance activities such as CPSR, SOX or other regulatory compliance. Sound written and oral communications skills.

  Ability to work collaboratively within a group and provide considerable judgement and initiative.

  Highly organized with the ability to effectively multi-task varying degrees of requests.

  Salary Range:

  $68,400.00 - $119,700.00
