Job Description
The Compensation Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to support and maintain market-competitive compensation programs that foster a dynamic culture and enable the attraction and retention of talent. As part of the Global Compensation Team, this role will provide analytical, technical, and administration support across all compensation offerings. Compensation projects include annual incentive plan administration, global compensation planning cycles, market data management and data research and analysis for budget models, analytics, and dashboards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the implementation, administration and analysis of compensation programs, policies, and projects (e.g., annual merit, variable pay, equity, etc.)
Complete annual salary and practices surveys to ensure our data is market competitive and current.
Maintain the market data management tool (Payfactors) by partnering with the survey tool vendor and People & Analytics Team to run and upload data.
Responsible for technical support and administration of data, including job matching and reporting.
Participate in the implementation of a new global Human Capital Management system (SAP).
Work with People & Culture Business Partners and Compensation colleagues to ensure accuracy of all job matches.
Review and evaluate employee salary data, perform job evaluations and analyze survey market data.
Participate in review and updates of the global salary structure, including the creation of job codes and job titles.
Produce compensation reports to support program administration, analysis, and data audits.
Supports the Lead Compensation Analyst with the data entry and auditing of equity grants and reporting.
Assist in the creation of compensation tools and resources, including ad hoc projects and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2+ years of direct compensation and/or financial analysis experience
Preferred requirements:
Collaborative team player capable of building partnerships with internal and external contacts at all organizational levels
Organized and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Highly resourceful, problem solver with strong analytic skills
Experience in technology and/or SAAS industry preferred

Compensation and rewards:
The salary range for this role is $76,000 - $93,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
