　　Job Summary:

　　We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Services Program Manager to support a core business line of community, workplace, and other training and education programs for the Department of Psychiatry (DOP). The Community Engagement Service (CES) is a core support service to the DOP by providing collaborative support to local communities to develop and advance non-clinical community academic training, education, event partnerships, and other types of programs.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with CES Program Director to identify which internal infrastructures require additional support.

　　Outreaching leaders and key community members to set up introductions, meetings, and establishing collaborative partnerships.

　　Roll out new academic and non-clinical programs into identified communities of need.

　　Collaborate with the CES Program Director, CPP Division Chief and Division Administrator to identify 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic plans.

　　Rollout of DOP CES annual survey.

　　Coordinate with DOP Communications and Events core to market community events to key collaborators.

　　Write and submit contracts through internal CU systems, track, and coordinate with vendors when appropriate through to execution.

　　Coordinate with Communications and Events leadership to track payment structures and invoices.

　　Work Location:

　　Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-4 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　A bachelor's in business, business administration, finance, accounting, public administration, communications, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

　　A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

　　Four (4) years of professional business administration/operations or related experience.

　　Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience managing complex projects including strategic planning.

　　Experience with financial reporting structures.

　　Experience with public health education and promotion.

　　Project Management experience.

　　Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

　　Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.

　　Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.

　　Outstanding customer service skills.

　　Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion.

　　Knowledgeable in the delivery of training and education programs.

　　The starting salary range ( or hiring range ) for this position has been established as $70,551 - $89,741 .
