Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Communication Specialist in New York, New York. This role involves supporting the promotion of open enrollment, creating new materials, and managing webinars in a benefits company. The role is particularly suited to individuals skilled in multitasking and detail-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Support open enrollment for benefits and work closely with marketing associates

• Assist in promoting open enrollment, creating new materials, and organizing benefit fairs

• Manage administrative work and set up webinars

• Aid in content creation using common content tools

• Customize one pagers for enrollments and event promotions

• Utilize Monday.com, Salesforce, and InDesign to complete tasks

• Promote brand awareness through digital marketing and campaign planning

• Design brochures and other promotional materials

• Handle database and EO/IR systems operations

• Manage company's presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Requirements • Proven experience as a Communication Specialist or similar role

• Proficiency in designing and managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Proficiency in using Facebook Insights for data analysis and campaign management

• Demonstrated ability to develop effective communication strategies

• Strong knowledge of databases and EO/IR systems

• Experience in creating and distributing brochures and other promotional materials

• Proficient in campaign planning and execution

• Ability to monitor, analyze, and enhance brand awareness

• Strong design and digital skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
