  The Opportunity

  Lead beyond Innovation Projects with SG Process Governance for Multi Category in PMF, initiatives with high impact to the core business such as Confectionary, Revenue Management/Packprice & Imports While enabling Growth and driving efficiency in the lead of all project initiatives.

  Your Impact

  As an Commercialization Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  100% Innovation Project planning (MS Project), follow up, and management.Assure weekly status and meetings follow up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve product delivery on timeLead and Support IC creation pre AOP next to local teams and categoriesLead and align beyond innovations projects to be approved by PMFLead directly alignment with PMF commercial team of innovation performance and project status Assure Project Status weekly Reports (Task Compliance)Assure information next to marketing, finance, operations and Revenue Management for Revenue Forums and Cheetah meetings in order to properly approve the initiatives by Excomm Carry Out Capex or other investments needed for Innovation or revenue management or innovation projects.Assure a constant alignment with the business needs such as: Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5. Etc.Ensure projects correct documentation.Fullfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M and On Time Launches.Effectively interact with mid senior management level across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment and conflict resolution.

  Bachelor Degree on Administration or Industrial Engineering

  Experience

  Other: Project Management knowledge; Office + MS Project (desired)Languages: Spanish and English fluent advancedExperience in similar area of a Consumer Goods Company 0-1 yearsMulti Project and multi Teams coordination in a Consumer Goods Company 0-1 yearsProject Development Process is a PlusAutonomy and Scope: Market Unit DeterminanteResults Impact: Shared Level I since 0% to 1% GSAdministración y Desarrollo de Gente: Funcional AdministrativoRelaciones con Otros:nternal: Informar GerencialExternal: Negociar Baja
