You will be responsible for leading anddriving sales growth of ourPerceptivcondition monitoring/IIoT platform,hardware solutions, and services.You will be responsible for thedevelopment and execution of a sales strategy to aggressively increasemarket participation and share in the machinery condition monitoring andindustrial IoT space.You will be responsible for sales strategydevelopment, sales strategy implementation, and sales revenueachievement primarily in North America along with sales responsibilitiesacross other key global markets. Reporting to:Director ReliabilityServices Job Location: MKE HQ or Remote MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Developand lead vertical market industry-specific sales strategies and salesplans to achieve revenue goals Develop account penetration and expansionopportunities and action plans on strategic customers that have highvalue potential for the Perceptiv products Manage Perceptiv sales teamand sales funnel effectively to achieve annual sales targets Leadsuccessful customer negotiations in developing commercial agreementsthat maximize competitive positioning and profitable sales. Leadbusinessreviews with vertical market and regional sales leaders to ensureexpectations are being met andtoconfirm needs for the business. Offersales assistance to PerceptivBusiness Development Managers, regionalsellers, and distributors by addressing their inquiries and resolvingissues Develop a direct and/or joint strategy with Regional salesleaders and distributors for qualifying and developing pipelineopportunities Create and drive a vision that ensures ongoing sense offocus, direction and urgency throughout the Perceptivsales team.Represents the sales function in all matters relating to strategy,tactics, and regular business updates. Conduct weekly/monthly meetingswith PerceptivBusiness Development Managers and regionals sellers andprioritize customer engagements Create and maintain solid professionalrelationships with key customers and also key individuals within RegalRexnord. Support and manage business processes for strategic alignment,opportunity reviews, and account reviews Lead talent and capabilitydevelopment and staffing decisions within the sales function.Contributor to overall business strategy along with marketing,engineering, product management and customer service. Keep Perceptivleadership informed on market trends, voice of customers, and keyactivities in the marketplace that may impact the business. Coordinatewith sales operations resources to accurately...
