About Commercial Sales Manager

  IMMEDIATE OPENING AVAILABLE--HVAC Sales Manager!!!

  The Sales Manager is a critical role reporting directly and working closely with the site General Manager in local shop. This position will collaborate with the Marketing, Business Development, Service Delivery and other organizations to develop and execute sales strategies

  Job Responsibilities: (including but not limited too)

  Manage a team of Comfort Advisors(CA) (sales reps) to ensure the execution of developed sales strategy from inception to execution.

  Work with Sales Operations Manager and General Manager on training of Field Employees to improve lead generation, strategy and new technique deployment.

  Assist in determining and implementing appropriate strategies to expand residential, and small commercial markets

  Lead efforts to sell Installation and future products to residential customers, professional organizations, small commercial, etc.

  Identify and conduct follow-up and assessment on lead generation activities through professional organizations, trade shows, community events, technicians, advertising and other lead generating techniques to maximize effectiveness.

  Interfaces and works collaboratively with the Service Delivery organization to solve customer needs.

  Coordinate the execution and review of RFPs with Legal, Business Development and other departments where applicable

  Qualifications:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and growth oriented organization

  Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

  Must possess strong communication, negotiating and sales skills; Can close the deal.

  Flexible Style; perseverance; action oriented; interpersonal savvy

  Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach); customer focused

  Must Haves:

  Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (Marketing, Int'l business, etc.)

  Exception to degree is ability to verify work experience that mirror education requirements.

  Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy

  A minimum of 5 years of Sales Management experience. HVAC knowledge preferred.

  Extensive experience with Salesforce (or other CRM), HVAC Biz Pro (or other sales proposal tool), Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within Long Island, NY market
