Catalent Pharma Solutions in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Commercial Project Manager. The Commercial Project Manager acts as the customers’ primary contact and liaison related to supply of products and services from the site. Ensure customer satisfaction by taking ownership of sales order process from receipt to dispatch and billing, including related KPI’s and continuous improvement. Build strong relationship with key stakeholders in the customer organization and ensure a consistent experience while promoting the Catalent brand. Coach and develop the team to drive for service excellence.

　　This is a full-time role position: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. This position offers a hybrid work schedule

The Kansas City facility is a Center-of-Excellence for our Biologics Analytical Services business. Our talented team has over 25 years of experience providing analytical services for stand-alone and integrated biologics projects.

　　The Role

　　Act as primary customer/site contact for assigned accounts.

　　Create sales orders in the system in line with customer request date and send written order acknowledgement with firm promise date.

　　Ensure customer forecast are received on regularly agreed periods and councel customers on forecast

　　Communicate any delays in the timeline or changes in the schedules to clients, and proactive updates.

　　Ensure customer is billed appropriately for all products and services provided.

　　Work with Finance Department to confirm POD and reconcile revenue accounts

　　Track On Time Delivery (OTD) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for customers and provide feedback to management.

　　Communicate regularly with internal departments and provide updates

　　All other duties as assigned;

　　The Candidate

　　Bachelor's degree in related field with 3+ year in a customer service or appropriate business-related area required.

　　Experience in project implementation plans and ERP System highly preferred.

　　Good Time Management/Organizational skills adopting a committed approach to providing a high level of customer service.

　　Excellent written and verbal communications skills with internal and external customers, peers and managers.

　　Well organized with ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

　　Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds;
