Job Description
The Commercial Product & Process Manager is responsible for:developing/enhancing credit underwriting, approval and portfoliomonitoring processes, credit product development, implementing supportingtechnologies to facilitate the underwriting and approval process. Positionalso includes the coordination / oversight of credit related trainingstrategy for the LOB (Credit Team and RMs), including management oftraining personnel within the LOB. This position will serve as the lead LOBposition for all INC (nCino) related activities (includingenhancements, process, training, administrative function), andcoordination of INC related implementations/enhancements across BOK incoordination with the Commercial Strategies team.The Commercial Product and Process Manager will also have the responsibilityof managing the Commercial Bank's data analyst. Providing direction on LOBreporting, data metrics that will guide managerial, sales and creditprocess/product decisions. Ensuring that data/Information is presented ina transparent manner to the executive/managerial levels within Commercialbank and across BOKF.Primary liaison for all Credit Related Regulatory requirements and all LOBaudits and compliance reviews (not including ongoing Loan Reviews).Additional responsibilities may include other (non-Credit) LOB Projectsand cross-LOB/Department Projects as needed.Include Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity

How You'll Spend Your Time
You will identify process improvements (efficiency / speed / quality /risk vs reward) in all facets of the credit fulfillment process.You will develop and manage the streamlined underwriting process for theCommercial group.You will timely and successfully implement credit process changes for theCommercial group.You will display strong coordination across cross-functional teams(Technology, Loan Operations, Risk, BB LOB, Compliance, etc.)You will develop and implement robust training strategies for credit teams andRelationship Managers, with special emphasis on the INC System.You will identify and implement INC metrics that aide in quality, processspeed and capacity.You will directly manage the reporting and training of personnel.You will become the INC expert and Administrator for the LOB - including beingthe primary liaison for all INC related development / chang s that impactthe Commercial group.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a BBA inAccounting, Finance, or related field of study and 10 years of directlyrelated experience in Commercial Credit Underwriting or CML Credit Salesexperience. Preferred experience in project management for a CML CreditFunctioStrong CML Credit Underwriting, Analysis and Approval SkillsStrong Verbal and Written SkillsProject Management Experience - PreferredSales Experience - PreferredCredit Origination System experience, specifically the nCino platform(User / Project Efforts) - PreferredTraining ExperienceCML Credit Product knowledgeStrategic Thinker - Problem Solving SkillsTalent Development and Managerial Skills
