  Today, we are recruiting for a Commercial officer to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

  What are my responsibilities?

  Responsible for booking and controlling all the third parties’ invoices.

  Align with accounting to ensure payment in due time.

  Control goods and service contracts and ensure that goods and services received are consistent with contracts and invoices.

  Conduct monthly reports for Asset locations tool ownership and SAP verification.

  Control sales invoices and E-invoices of main contracts.

  Generate monthly performance reports for AR.

  Ensure accuracy of cost booking.

  Review the calculation of service contracts, calculations, and quotations.

  Assist in controlling and analyzing financial reports on a quarterly basis for project management.

  Assist in budgeting and forecasting process.

  Support in commercial matters for achieving business targets.

  What do I need to qualify for this job?

  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any equivalent.

  Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial project management

  Experience with calculation methods, finance models, forecasting, project controlling (including customs, logistics, and export control), contract and claim management.

  Comfort in implementing accounting principles (IFRS), tax, insurance, NCM, and FX strategies as required on the project.

  Experience with SAP systems.

  International experience or experience working in working with multicultural teams is a plus.

  Experience within the Services industry is an advantage.

  Fluency in both written and spoken English.
