Key Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with the preparation of bid proposals, presentations, and notifications (contract renewals, RFP's/bids, airport permits etc.).
Ensuring the profitability of our existing and new contracts.
Review of contracts to guarantee its accuracy regarding pricing and service standards.
Secure new business, develop opportunities and retain existing profitable business.
Understand and develop the Menzies Aviation Ground Handling and Fuel product portfolios.
Develop and implement short- and long-term commercial/sales plans.
Monitor and analyze the Ground Handling and Fuel markets to monitor trends and competitor’s activity.
Assist with any regional tasks and opportunities, which may arise on an Ad hoc basis.
Qualifications and Experience
Commercial experience preferred within the Ground Handling Business, Fueling or Commercial Airline Industry.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field / Academic degree.
Skilled in written and oral communication.
Experienced in preparing and writing important notifications.
Proven track record of contract gains and business development.
Self-motivated, disciplined, with a flexible attitude to working hours.
A hands-on mentality with very good communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Flexibility to travel.
