　　WHAT YOU WILL DO

　　Review of due diligence documents to assure accurate and completedocumentation of loan files, correct placement and readability ofsupporting documents. Implement policies and operating practicesregarding documentation and due diligence processes specific to thecommercial and consumer lending function for loan originating staff.

　　Set up and monitoring of due diligence and other required supportingdocumentation for consumer and commercial Loans.

　　Produce and distribute reports pertaining to documentation tracking.

　　Provide quality assurance of closing loan documents.

　　Collaborate with your team and other bank divisions to develop, monitor,and implement / achieve team goals.

　　Analyze data or information by identifying the underlying principles,reasons or facts.

　　Cross-train within the loan administration team.

　　Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of thequarterly Job Progress Plan.

　　Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team successactivities, including daily huddles and Hoopla events.

　　Adhere to bank policies and procedures.

　　Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
