About This Job
This position involves both the comprehensive management of existingcommercial relationships as well as soliciting new businessopportunities with assigned customers and targeted prospects. Althoughit can vary by market, targeted companies generally include those withannual sales of \$15MM and over.
Essential Functions
Reach out to assigned customers and targeted prospects with theobjective to acquire new businessServe as the primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of diverseand complex commercial relationships, ensuring a high level ofcustomer satisfaction and retentionCoordinate with product partners to cross-sell a full range ofproducts and servicesCritically review and analyze portfolio to reduce risk and enhanceprofitabilityFacilitate credit requests, including loan structuring,negotiating/pricing, collateral, ensuring adequate loandocumentation, and analyzing industry/credit riskFacilitate the resolution of customer problems, engaging productexperts as neededParticipate in community and business functions/groups to ensure apositive image for the bank and to establish referral contactswithin the marketplaceEnsure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, regulations,and lawsManage a portfolio of commercial relationships with some or all ofthe following characteristics:Average loan portfolio O/S of \$50MM to \$100MMAverage deposit portfolio of \$25MM to \$50MMAnnual contribution of \$500M to \$750M{=html}<>- Perform other duties as assigned
