  Job Description

  U.S. Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio in Florida. This person will prospect for and close new business relationships and retain and expand relationships with existing customers. They will Sell appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals. Provide financial advice to customers. Approve loans within assigned limits, managing loan and portfolio credit quality.

  Basic Qualifications

  Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field

  10 or more years of commercial lending experience

  Three or more years of management experience

  Preferred Skills/Experience

  -Extensive Commercial Relationship Management experience in Florida

  Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans

  Strong leadership and strategic management skills

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

  The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $121,040.00 - $142,400.00 - $156,640.00
