You will excel in a dynamic and exciting environmentwhile leading all prospecting and sales opportunities across all Junipersolutions. This position is a "hunter" type of role that requires anindividual who is a self-starter with the ability to grow the SLED businesswithin the Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming region. The territorywill include k-12, higher education, and state and local government agencies.Primary Responsibilities:Engage, qualify, and develop both new and existing accountsCollaborate with SE, Product Specialists, Field Marketing, SDR's,Partner Account Managers, etc. as well as Juniper's channel partnersCreate a consistent cadence to driving partner-led demand generation, callcampaigns, with strong opportunity management skillsExecutive selling skills required, to include various CxOs, ITManagement, and other key Decision-MakersRelationship management skills that translate into identifying decision-makersand influencersManage opportunities, quota attainment, sales presentations,short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity managementResponsible for building 3 Month, 6 Month and 9 Month pipelinesEngage resources, including the BU's to drive sales successProvide accurate and timely forecasts to sales managementCo-ordinates and lead members of virtual account teams: SEs, Managers,Insides Sales, Channel and Channel Management members, PLM, etcReporting line will be through the Regional Sales DirectorCandidate Required Background:Experience with IT networking, specifically WiFi, Switching, SD-WAN andArtificial Intelligence. Full portfolio also includes Routing, Data CenterSwitching and Security.Experience with Salesforce.com.Referenceable track record of successful sales experience within regionStrong track record of driving sales through channel partners in EnterpriseaccountsExperience developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotes andpresenting networking productsBroad-based technological awareness in the internetworking industry,complemented by knowledge of data networking concepts, with specific skillsin the area of routing and switchingExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong presenter and closer with the ability to demonstrate the necessaryskills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using aWin/Win philosophyLeader, team-player and difference makerExcellent business acumenExcellent relationship building and consultative sales skills.Minimum Salary: $190,080.00Maximum Salary:$273,240.00The pay range for this position is expected to be between $190,080.00 and$273,240.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary dependingon multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for thisposition also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility,vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details ofparticipation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receivesaIf hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Companyreserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment orcompensation program) at any time, including for reasons related toindividual performance, Company or individual department/teamperformance, and market factors.Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state paytransparency regulations.
