Combustion Engineer

　　Travel to on-site installations during construction and commissioning for start-up and trouble shooting will be required.

　　Design / specification of Process equipment (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation) for inert atmosphere gas, natural gas, heating oils #2 though #6, combustion air, and water systems.Some examples of equipment include Control valves, Pressure regulators, Relief valves, Heat exchangers, Safety Shut-off valves, Air supply blowers, Exhaust fans, Pumps, Pressure Transmitters, Flow meters, Temperature sensors, and Controllers.Create 3D models and create detail drawings with InventorRefractory insulation designNFPA 54 & 86 standardsSMACNA duct work designCreation of ISA based P&IDs, PFDs, and piping schematics.Collaboration with piping designers and drafters to create detail system drawings.Creating bill of materialsLaboratory testing including written reports.Hands on training to learn company standard assembly procedures.Coordination within house fabrication shopInspect components received from vendors, and finished systems for QA/QCOperate company standard HMI/SCADA systems.
