The PCG RD Associate Chemist of Production System Database Team is responsible for creating and maintaining, product configuration and custom formula development programs across PCG divisions. Position may be responsible for self-managing work, reporting on results, working through marketing requests, and investigating LSR’s and database related complaint analysis and resolution. Position responsibilities include, project management, formula development and evaluation, contributing to department strategy, customer complaint resolution, report writing, and mentoring of technician(s) or temporary employees. Areas of focus will be PCG internal and external customer support, database creation and maintenance, and continues improvements to color files and program.
