As a Color Lab Technician , you will prepare color samples for evaluation and formulation to support the Refinish Color Matching team. Reporting directly to the Color Lab Supervisor in our Delaware, Ohio Plant your primary responsibilities will include mixing wet paint, reducing/spraying paint samples, and adjusting the samples for color to an identified target. You will focus on the color matching process!Key ResponsibilitiesYou will consist of both mixing and spraying functions to meet production demands.Acquire color formulations from Color Matcher & prepare sample mixture based on pain formulations/recipe given.Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of color lab paint samples.Acquire wet paint sample from mixing stations & sprays sample according to predefined specifications.Analyze results independently.
