Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our client's team in Oswego, IL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a proven track record in collections.

　　Contacting customers to facilitate timely payment of outstanding debts

　　Negotiating and establishing repayment plans

　　Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies

　　Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate billing

　　Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
