Description

We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our client in Woodland, Washington. In this role, you will be focusing on tasks related to billing functions, collection processes, and clerical duties. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires the candidate to work onsite. No prior experience is necessary!

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts, ensuring all necessary actions are taken to maintain account health

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to process customer credit applications in a precise and timely manner

• Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring all questions are answered and issues are resolved promptly

• Utilize UKG Pro to manage and monitor billing functions and collection processes

• Conduct clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management

• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline collection processes

Requirements • Ideally, candidate has knowledge and experience in Accounting Software Systems • Demonstrated understanding of Collection Processes is preferred but not required • Experience with UKG Pro software is a plus • Ability to perform Clerical Duties effectively is necessary • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle confidential information in a detail oriented manner • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
