　　Responsibilities

　　Guarantee the processing of payments

　　Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence

　　Oversee and update customer files to ensure data consistency

　　Act as mediator in maintaining quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries

　　Manage all billing and reporting activities in line with deadlines

　　Catalog all customer payments to the correct reports

　　Yield to all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulations

　　Process bankruptcy filings correctly when received

　　Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. written correspondence, phone contact, skip-tracing, and making arrangements for payment Requirements - Experience with Oracle

　　Expertise in Collections

　　Foundational knowledge in Commercial Collections

　　Proficiency in commercial collections

　　Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel

　　Solid understanding of B2B collections

　　Well-founded grasp of Excel Formulas

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

　　Effectively analyze customer accounts make decisions based on said analyses

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred

　　Previous experience using accounting software

　　2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience
