　　This is an exempt level position.

　　Responsibilities, Duties and Job Expectations

　　Supervise the daily activities of hourly colleagues in shipping and packaging colleagues

　　Understanding of product specifications

　　Oversee product packaging

　　Maintain inventories of packaging and shipping materials

　　Work closely with shipping clerk to organize shipping schedules

　　Ensure packaging and shipping forklifts are maintained and in working order

　　Determine safe and efficient operations for the shipping and packaging area

　　Understand, maintain, evaluate and improve Process Controls

　　Maintain and improve product quality control and assurance standards

　　Maintain cost control, maximize productivity, minimize waste

　　Motivate, train, develop and lead hourly colleagues

　　Communication of essential information to all parties concerned

　　Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks/assignments

　　Further responsibilities include working cooperatively with sales, production, administrative and management teams

　　Manage food safety program for Cold Storage Warehouse

　　Qualifications

　　Committed to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures

　　Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions

　　2 or 4 year degree preferred

　　Minimum two years of warehouse leadership required

　　Exhibit regular and prompt attendance

　　Must have excellent communication skills and handle worker issues honestly & Safely

　　Able to meet physical requirements of the position included, but not limited to: bending, kneeling, working in a variety of weather conditions, and /or lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted

　　Must have a valid Driver's license (CDL's are a plus)

　　High level of Organizational and Inter-personal skills

　　Basic Computer Skills
