  We are currently seeking a full-time Coffee-mate Sleever Operator to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 8 hour shifts on weekdays.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  - Adjust the conveyor rails to the bottle size for the Sleever, heating tunnel and coding system.

  - Lubricating all area equipment to the required PM cycle.

  Load the film onto the Sleever roll holder.

  Thread the film through the Sleever.

  Run test bottle through Sleever to align the film to the bottle.

  Start the flow of bottles into the Sleever.

  Communicating with your supervisor and fellow packaging employees and start sleeving and coding the bottles for casing.

  Supplying machine with necessary packaging materials.

  Using the SAP system to verify that the correct packaging materials are staged and used.

  Maintain quality control per company guidelines.

  Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety guidelines.

  Accurately completes all required documentation and system transactions.

  Change the film on the Sleever to the new product.

  Remove all film from the Sleever.

  Dispose of trash and cleans work area thoroughly using chemicals.

  Remove any unused product, boxes and utensils and assure clear and clean work area.

  Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.

  Work any assignment as directed by supervisor.

  Assure regular and timely attendance per company guidelines.

  Perform other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs

  Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office Software

  Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

  Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.

  Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold) as well as wet and dry environment.

  Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

  Ability to move/lift up to 75 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills

  Three months of Nestle Factory experience is preferred.
