　　Experienced Thermal Coating Spray Operators Wanted!! The Thermal Sprayer, Staff is responsible for the application of thermal spray coatings on various components. This position is capable of performing the spray applications of High Cobalt Nickel based metal and works on more complex components. This position works under a moderate level of training and guidance/direction.

　　salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 5 AM - 5 PM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　Required:

　　2-4 years of previous Thermal Spray operation experience

　　Strong technical knowledge of spray coating processes, equipment, and products

　　Written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to follow material control processes

　　Knowledge of measuring and calibration instruments

　　Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role.

　　Must be able to lift 40 lbs. safely and properly, as needed throughout the assigned shift with or withoutassistance.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　working up to 50 hrs of overtime per week

　　working weekends

　　Skills

　　Spray Operator (2 years of experience is preferred)

　　Thermal Spray (2 years of experience is preferred)

　　Thermal Coating (2 years of experience is preferred)

　　coating Operator (2 years of experience is preferred)

　　Plasma Gun (2 years of experience is preferred)
