We are actively seeking a Junior Level Coastal Engineer for one of our listed offices. The successful new hire will assist with the planning and design for urban waterfront and coastal structures projects, including marinas, marine terminals, urban waterfront developments and cruise ship facilities, wetland restoration, dredging, shore protection structures, and flood walls.Moffatt & Nichol is a global infrastructure advisory firm with 40+ offices and in 9 countries. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering requiredCourse work in Coastal highly preferredMasters Degree in Coastal Engineering or related preferred2-4 years of experience as a coastal engineerAutoCAD proficiencySWMM proficiency a strong plusProgramming skills desired (MATLAB, Python or similar)Design skills desired (GIS, CIVIL 3D, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Google earth engine etc.)Moffatt & Nichol uses E-Verify and employment is contingent upon the legal ability to obtain employment in the U.S. and to present the required documentation at hiresAll new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171Base salary range:$39.84 to $48.70 per hour based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description.Base salary range o
